  • •Steer financial performance for an assigned portfolio with a focus on Facility & Portfolio Solutions.
  • •Perform planning, reporting, and analysis to support monthly results understanding and portfolio steering.
  • •Identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to senior management.
  • •Ensure quality assurance for financial reporting and provide robust financial commentary for decision-making.
  • •Coordinate regular reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, and support ad-hoc topics and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in insurance or reinsurance.
  • •Proven expertise in planning and performance management, including analysis of insurance/reinsurance financial statements and performance metrics.

  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus SAP experience for reporting.
  • •Ability to manage projects (planning, resourcing, control/monitoring, reporting) and develop solutions across complex stakeholder structures.
