Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize brand sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
  • •Perform store maintenance and maintain visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager/assistant store manager.
  • •Demonstrate updated product knowledge to recommend products, convert window shoppers into buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
  • •Handle POS/billing counter tasks including cash/card/voucher/automatic debit payments, issuing receipts/refunds/change correctly, and tally money at shift start/end.
  • •Maintain stock layout/display per standard norms, record inventory inward/outward and reports, and ensure security vigilance and housekeeping standards.
