Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and nurture a team of up to 10 Enterprise Support Specialists, including coaching, training, and performance management.
  • •Manage the support workflow to ensure inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently and SLAs are met, including schedules and on-call balance if applicable.
  • •Act as account owner for Wise Platform long-tail accounts.
  • •Collect and analyze partner feedback (e.g., satisfaction surveys) and share pain points and opportunities with internal Wise Platform teams.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for partners using data to inform business decisions and product roadmaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 7,500 monthly

  • •Track progress, identify skill gaps, provide training, and conduct hiring, onboarding, and regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

  • •Lead projects by defining goals, creating timelines, allocating resources, and delivering on time to a high standard.
