Job Summary

AI Engineer at Zyphra will contribute to the Agentic Systems and Interaction projects, building a next-generation desktop and browser-based agent that autonomously navigates the web, interacts with filesystems, and completes complex tasks. You’ll touch frontend interfaces, secure sandboxes, large-scale search, and integration of LLMs, vision models, and reinforcement learning to enable multi-step decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement an agentic system capable of interacting with browsers, operating systems, and enterprise filesystems
•Build search and retrieval pipelines across large-scale structured and unstructured data
•Integrate LLMs, vision models, reinforcement learning, and scaffolding frameworks for autonomous, multi-step decision-making
•Engineer secure virtualized runtimes and backend services for agent execution
•Operate with velocity and curiosity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

•Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of building and debugging complex ML-driven applications

•Understanding of LLMs, prompting techniques, and orchestration frameworks for multi-step reasoning
