Job Summary

Support the Service24H Customer Services & Parts team by helping deliver global reporting and analytics projects. You’ll work with Power BI and Data Mesh, contribute to quality checks, and create status reports and presentations for project stakeholders. Based on your interests, you’ll also help with data analysis, forecasting, and improvements to dashboards and existing reports, including building insight from business data.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to global reporting projects using Power BI and Data Mesh.
•Support quality assurance by participating in acceptance and checks for reporting projects.
•Create status reports and presentations for the project team and management.
•Take on day-to-day tasks across Data Analytics, Reporting, IT, and Forecasting, including dashboard development from conception to further enhancements.
•Continuously improve existing reports to provide more transparent reporting of results.

•Ongoing study in Data Analytics, business informatics, computer science, business administration/economics, or a related field.
•First experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python is an advantage.

•High commitment with strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style.
•Teamwork and strong communication skills with very good German and English proficiency.
