Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually while maintaining a digital-first mindset. Assess customer banking needs, process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products tailored to individual goals. Open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate customers on emerging and self-service digital tools. Partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, optimal client experience with operational excellence.

•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, greet clients, and process basic transactions.
