Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide maintenance planning, reliability, and technical support to enable safe, efficient, cost-effective operation of mobile equipment.
  • •Support and lead site-based fleet maintenance specialists and execution teams with technical information, reviewing maintenance strategies, BOMs, and standard jobs.
  • •Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, and support shutdowns, major maintenance activities, and long-term lifecycle maintenance requirements.
  • •Ensure maintenance documentation and master data remain accurate and current.
  • •Support reliability engineering with equipment performance analysis (availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs), conduct RCA investigations, identify improvements, and track/report KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade or engineering qualifications, or maintenance planning experience.
  • •Experience with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, or M3.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
  • •Understanding of reliability engineering principles and RCA methodologies.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills (preferred).
