Job Summary

Own end-to-end global payroll delivery for a key region, running high-volume monthly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls across multiple countries, currencies, and pay frequencies. Lead and coach a regional payroll team, manage capacity and SLAs, and ensure statutory compliance (taxes, social security, contributions) and audit readiness. Serve as a senior client point of contact and drive vendor coordination, process improvements, and AI/automation initiatives to improve speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own monthly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely processing at scale.
•Manage large-volume payroll across countries, currencies, and pay frequencies through the appropriate channels.
•Lead, coach, and develop a regional payroll team while managing capacity, workload, and SLAs.
•Ensure statutory dues are filed accurately and on time across in-scope jurisdictions; deliver required documents to employees and authorities.
•Act as a senior point of contact for clients and coordinate with vendors/partners to set up, reconcile, and improve payroll processes.

Key Requirements

•Deep payroll expertise, including tax and compliance, with 6-10 years of payroll delivery experience.
•Proven experience running large-volume, multi-country payroll operations (ideally across Europe and the Americas).
•Experience leading and developing a payroll team.
•Strong command of statutory compliance and the ability to engage regulatory bodies and vendors.
•Excellent stakeholder/client management skills and a clear communicator.
