Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular assembly operations for our capsules, including bonding applications, thermal protection installations, and general assembly tasks, following procedures and documenting all anomalies or deviations.
  • •Provide support for pressure testing of propulsion and thermal systems, ensuring all welded and assembled components meet required standards.
  • •Perform basic welding tasks for various components using orbital welding techniques, focusing on propulsion and thermal systems.
  • •Assist in the resolutions of anomalies happening during the integration and tests.
  • •Assist in environmental testing activities, including instrumentation installation, handling, and preparation of test setups.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical or electro-mechanical qualification as a Technician.
  • •Over 3 years of experience in welding.
  • •Versatile with both welding and assembly tasks, including occasional handling of specialized instruments and tooling.
  • •Proficient in following safety standards and maintaining quality control measures during all assembly and welding operations.
  • •Knowledge of ESA and NASA quality and safety standards.
