•Develops the construction phase plan, ensures legal compliance, and manages risks on site.
•Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures across the construction site or multiple sites.
•Conducting safety audits to assess the safety management system and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
•Training employees on safety practices and providing guidance on safe work procedures.
•Conducting site inspections to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols.

Key Requirements

•Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or other safety/construction-related disciplines
•Registered Safety Officer is a must
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety monitoring in the construction/renovation works of office and facility premises
•Good command of English and Cantonese
