Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, Governance, and AI initiatives for banking operations. •Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, governance, and closure.
•Manage and engage stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external partners.
•Drive project governance using Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and JIRA progress tracking.
•Facilitate Project Review Working Groups to support timely updates, risk mitigation, and decision-making.
•Oversee vendor coordination and monitor dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across workstreams.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12+ years managing large-scale Data and AI projects, preferably in banking or financial services.
•Strong technical understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI-driven solutions.
•Hands-on Agile project management experience, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking in JIRA.
•Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver programs under tight timelines.
•Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills, with GCC and/or Qatar banking experience highly desirable.
