Key Responsibilities

•Own the full delivery lifecycle across managed services, projects, and transformation programs, including multi-tower service environments.
•Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs; act as final escalation point for critical service issues.
•Own delivery-related P&L activities and drive margin improvement, cost efficiency, productivity gains, and industrialization aligned to business case commitments.
•Build and maintain C-level client relationships and represent delivery in executive governance forums; drive customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
•Ensure compliance with contract terms, security, and regulatory requirements; manage portfolio risk, major incidents, and service continuity risks.
