Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the vision, development, and execution of the global sales strategy for all segments and global operating units for the IT & HR Service portfolio.
  • •Oversee a high-performing team of sales leaders (AVPs, RVPs, and AEs) to accelerate growth, deliver customer success, and drive operational excellence at scale.
  • •Drive accountability using advanced metrics and incentive programs to exceed revenue targets and sustain high performance.
  • •Build customer acquisition strategy to expand new logo revenue and strengthen Salesforce’s preferred positioning in competitive markets.
  • •Transform sales execution using Agents and AI technology; partner cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success to align roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
