You’ll combine hands-on engineering leadership with people management—coaching engineers, driving execution across complex initiatives, and partnering with product and design to deliver high-impact features. Help shape engineering culture, stay involved in architecture and technical decisions, and scale the organization through hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement using a modern AI SaaS stack.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, and career development.
•Own execution across complex initiatives by removing blockers and ensuring high-quality delivery quickly.
•Partner with product, design, and company leadership to set priorities and align engineering work with business goals.
•Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, technical direction, and key engineering decisions.
•Scale the engineering organization through hiring, onboarding, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 350,000 annually
