Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead administration, maintenance, testing, and operations of enterprise tax determination engines integrated with core ERP and legacy billing systems to meet business and legislative requirements.
  • •Act as primary indirect tax advisor for global go-to-market strategies, ensuring tax requirements, design specs, and mapping rules are accurately gathered, configured, and tested.
  • •Own maintenance of product taxability determinations and tax registrations; perform indirect tax research and provide guidance to customers, vendors, and business partners for complex cases.
  • •Lead M&A indirect tax workstreams by integrating acquired entities into core tax systems, assessing legacy maintenance needs, and addressing inherited compliance risks.
  • •Champion audit defense during controversy stages and drive AI/automation initiatives, including mapping product catalogs to taxability codes and using UAT tools to automate testing and review.
