Lead and support large-scale insurance transformation initiatives (Life, General, Motor) across strategy, operating model design, and technology enablement. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support enterprise-level insurance transformation initiatives across core insurance domains (Life, General, Motor).
•Drive transformation outcomes across strategy, operating model design, process re-engineering, and technology enablement.
•Translate business vision and objectives into scalable operating models, target-state processes, and transformation roadmaps.
•Partner closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery partners; act as a trusted advisor for alignment across complex environments.
•Convert business requirements into clear, actionable transformation and technology requirements; ensure delivery alignment from concept to adoption.

Key Requirements

•8–15 years of experience in insurance transformation, consulting, or enterprise change initiatives
•Strong domain expertise across Life, General, and/or Motor Insurance

•Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including senior and executive-level engagement
