Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research and innovation in ML, DL, and LLM applications for software development lifecycle (SDLC) improvements
  • •Design, prototype, and validate novel ML models to identify and resolve bugs, vulnerabilities, and code smells beyond static analysis
  • •Develop and deploy advanced LLM-based features, including RAG pipelines and model fine-tuning on proprietary codebases
  • •Build and maintain robust data pipelines to collect, process, and version large code-centric datasets for training and evaluation
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate prototypes into production-grade features and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
  • •Strong industry experience in machine learning with solid software engineering practices
  • •Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in core ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face); familiarity with Java a plus
  • •Experience in NLP or Programming Language Processing (PLP) and large-scale LLM architectures
  • •Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), vector databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
