Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify seniors’ main needs through home visits and communications during events or at centers and councils to ensure required support.
  • •Prepare initial plans for providing essential services and include seniors in approved programs and activities for review by the direct supervisor.
  • •Contribute to delivering approved community care activities and help coordinate rehabilitation programs for seniors and their caregivers.
  • •Coordinate with government and private bodies to deliver care programs for registered cases (e.g., nursing companies, rehabilitation clinics, and physical therapy).
  • •Supervise training and support for caregivers and volunteers, handle seniors’ complaints and proposals, perform initial evaluations, and submit periodic reports while following information security requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 10,000 monthly
