Job Summary

Carry out field hydrometric measurements across the Midlands area, visiting water monitoring sites to measure flow, depth, water quality, and rainfall. Install, operate, and maintain telemetry logging equipment and support the team’s data collection and reporting by ensuring collected information is accurate. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions, follow safety protocols, and travel as required while receiving full training for the role.

Key Responsibilities

•Visit various sites in the Midlands area to undertake field measurements of water quantity (flow), depth, quality, and rainfall.
•Install telemetry logging equipment at sites.
•Operate and maintain telemetry logging equipment.
•Work outdoors and complete hands-on tasks using power and hand tools.
•Travel and stay away from home as needed to meet deadlines and site requirements.

Key Requirements

•Passion for working outdoors in all weather conditions and comfortable working in water, with strong swimming skills.
