Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve complex customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through pre-set appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales, and follow-up with new customers.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
