Timberland: Supervisor - Crabtree Valley Mall

Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model consumer-centric selling behaviors, and help teams achieve sales and profit goals by monitoring key performance indicators. Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, visual standards, inventory/stockroom processes, and loss prevention. Partner with store leadership to foster an inclusive culture, participate in local community initiatives, and uphold safety and company policies.
