Job Summary

Lead business process design for the Patient CRM using an Agile approach within Commercial Business Operations. Translate patient journey workflows into optimized, byte-size implementable processes and define data mapping, metrics, and governance. Partner with Patient CRM product owners, Patient Services, and IT to ensure process blueprints become build-ready specifications on Salesforce LifeScience Cloud, including feasibility checks and user acceptance testing.

•Design and optimize regulated end-to-end patient CRM business processes across therapeutic areas and products using Agile, translating requirements into implementable workflows.
•Map workflow stages to required patient support data and define metrics to evaluate workflow efficiency, quality, and compliance.
•Collaborate with Patient CRM product, Patient Services, and IT to align process maps and data with patient care goals and regulatory requirements.
•Develop and maintain documentation including process workflow standards, BPMN models, data maps/metrics, and best practices.
•Work with IT solution architects to convert workflows into build-ready specifications, review wireframes/prototypes, and perform user acceptance testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 135,324 - 177,612.75 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, and solution architecture.
•3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM architecture in healthcare/patient services.
•3+ years in CRM configuration with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Salesforce LifeScience Cloud, including Process Builder/Flows and process data mapping.
•Knowledge of Agile methodology and the patient relationship management domain, including HIPAA compliance.
•Ability to document complex workflows and translate them into actionable system requirements, including process modeling using BPMN and process mapping tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio).
