Job Summary

Own in-field space management execution for a geographical Beer Sales Business Unit, partnering with distributors and retailers to drive Retail Execution Standards and measurable space gains. Use syndicated and internal data sources, tools, and analytics to identify space opportunities, optimize revenue and profit, and deliver presentations. Maintain distributor set library usage, track CBBD space gains/losses, and coordinate selling-space crew drives while traveling as needed.

•Execute space management initiatives for the assigned geographical Business Unit and track/manage results.
•Activate Retail Execution Standards (RES) and space management strategy with distributors and retailers.
•Ensure increased space execution in 20% A&B controllable accounts and manage/tracking space gains/losses.
•Build partnerships with distributors and retailers, collaborating with independent accounts to improve space.
•Conduct space and distribution opportunity analysis, using tools and data to optimize revenue/profit and deliver presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience, with 2+ years of beverage alcohol industry experience and knowledge of distributor/retailer space management.
•Experience with Blue Yonder Space Planning and Mission Control (preferred).
•Understanding of system output and applying measures using Circana, Nielsen, or Spectra syndicated data.
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to travel at least 25% of working time (including up to 5 hours driving time) and demonstrate diligence and relationship-building skills.
