Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to build and scale Advanced Ads within a modern Product Operating Model. Own the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, drive continuous discovery, focus on ROI and LTV, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver outcomes that move monetization and growth metrics in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, focusing on outcomes and customer impact over sprint velocity.
•Own the product management for Advanced Ads, defining strategy, growth, and execution to deepen integration with MonetizeMore ecosystem.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Drive revenue and growth through end-to-end monetization strategies and ROI-based roadmaps.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and commercialized.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs
•Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus

•Ability to coach, motivate, and influence across Engineering, Design, and Growth teams
•Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into high-impact value propositions
