Key Responsibilities

  • •Support collection and recovery efforts on past-due consumer loans and related credit products.
  • •Use the Collection System to prioritize delinquent loans and help maintain a satisfactory delinquency percentage.
  • •Locate and contact delinquent borrowers via phone or letter to secure payments and bring accounts current.
  • •Evaluate clients’ financial strength and capacity to repay and work toward resolution using contract-compliant options.
  • •Review bank records and transactions to resolve misapplied payments, evaluate payment application, and mentor other team members.

Key Requirements
