Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding and account operations, including managing advisor prospect pipelines, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, and establishing ongoing client service plans.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls, handle client needs as appropriate, and advise advisors on actions taken; may schedule appointments and assemble meeting materials.
  • •Maintain client relationship management (CRM) for assigned advisors, using mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking to implement client service models.
  • •Proactively review investment opportunities daily and notify advisors for action on items such as funds available, maturing securities, reorg items, and prior day activities.
  • •Execute transactions required to service client accounts and support special projects as needed, including understanding and complying with firm and regulatory policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25.49 - 38.36 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 plus Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • •Understanding of compliance regulations and correspondence policies, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
