Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the transport and logistics operations teams to develop and implement the best transfer network across the country, ensuring faster customer delivery and optimized costs.
•Manage area performance indicators and direct the team to action plans that address any deviations.
•Lead the team to drive operational excellence, conducting audits and monitoring to identify improvement opportunities in KPIs.
•Manage transport processes in operations, participate in operational meetings, and influence process adherence to achieve optimal results.
•Participate in and coordinate problem-solving sessions with multiple teams to implement identified improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related field, with postgraduate specialization in Logistics
•Experience in transportation management with high-volume distribution
•Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement
•Experience managing large teams in shift-based operations
•Willingness to work shifts in the Cajamar-SP region (5x2)
