RHEL Sales Specialist based in Mexico City, responsible for selling Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscriptions and services to prospective and current accounts in Mexico. Blend technical RHEL knowledge with business value to drive cloud adoption, modernization, and security across strategic industries, leading demand-gen efforts and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Owns the development of new strategic sales opportunities for Red Hat Enterprise Linux across the Mexican market.
•Leads critical customer presentations/sessions around business problems, RHEL solutions, business value, and roadmap strategy.
•Maintains knowledge of RHEL offerings and the broader Red Hat portfolio to enable effective selling.
•Aligns with account teams on current Plays and industry-focused strategies to drive datacenter modernization and cloud standardization.
•Drives growth beyond initial sales to scale into adjacent opportunities and ensures long-term platform adoption with Customer Success.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in enterprise software sales in the Mexican market with a track record of developing strategic opportunities for a technical product.
•Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value and articulate them in executive-level discussions.
•Excellent presentation and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles.
•Experience with hyperscalers, cloud consumption models, and positioning RHEL across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
•Fluent in English; strong communication skills in Spanish are a plus.
