Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a globally distributed TPM organization across NA, EMEA, and APAC with clear accountability and execution quality
•Guide the TPM organization through AI-enabled software delivery practices to reduce toil and scale coverage
•Own TPM portfolio governance including intake, prioritization, capacity management, and alignment to strategic priorities
•Oversee TPM engagement across product delivery, enterprise transformation, and platform/infrastructure initiatives with clear ownership, risks, and measurable outcomes
•Partner with senior Engineering, Product, platform, Trust, PSET, ESE, and AEC Trust stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure TPM work delivers business value

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
•At least 15 years in technical program management within software or construction sectors, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams
•Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and build high-performing teams
