Job Summary

Lead and support the successful execution of cards and payments development/implementation/migration projects for Visa clients across the Nordics. Manage projects from current state to target solution, oversee resources across Visa, client, and third parties, and provide progress reporting. Engage senior stakeholders, drive initiatives with high quality, ensure integration and collaboration, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver thought leadership on the future of payments and retail banking.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute change projects from current state to target solution.
•Manage allocated resources (Visa, client, third party) and provide progress reporting.
•Engage and manage key stakeholders, including senior executive levels.
•Drive assigned initiatives and tasks to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
•Coordinate collaboration and integration within change initiatives while managing dependencies and risks.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of card/payments products and their ecosystem.
•Management consultancy background with ability to market services to clients and build trust.
•Experience consulting on payment-related projects, driving business and technical work end to end.
•Proven delivery experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
•Fluent English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (depending on location), plus ability to manage dependencies and associated risks.
