Lead the development and implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE) for real estate projects, overseeing ISO 19650-based information management, BIM integration, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Drive CDE configuration, data standards, reporting, and training across programmes, delivering robust information management to major clients while mentoring CDE Managers and Document Controllers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, configuration and implementation of Common Data Environments aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice, including folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control
•Coordinate complex stakeholder engagement to drive CDE adoption across projects and align with enterprise systems architecture
•Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance
•Produce programme-wide Information Standards detailing Information Management and CDE requirements
•Oversee day-to-day management and operation of the CDE, driving continuous improvement and providing line management and training to CDE Managers and Document Controllers

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller
•Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Information Management and Document Control
•Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards (especially Part 2) and their impact on Information Management
•Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
•Strong ability to lead and mentor CDE Managers / Document Controllers and manage project meetings
