Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, configuration and implementation of Common Data Environments aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice, including folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control
  • •Coordinate complex stakeholder engagement to drive CDE adoption across projects and align with enterprise systems architecture
  • •Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance
  • •Produce programme-wide Information Standards detailing Information Management and CDE requirements
  • •Oversee day-to-day management and operation of the CDE, driving continuous improvement and providing line management and training to CDE Managers and Document Controllers

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller
  • •Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Information Management and Document Control
  • •Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards (especially Part 2) and their impact on Information Management
  • •Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
  • •Strong ability to lead and mentor CDE Managers / Document Controllers and manage project meetings
