Senior HR Business Partner - Global Procurement

Partner with senior procurement leadership to shape and deliver people strategy for a global organization of ~400 employees. Act as a trusted advisor driving talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and organization design. Support organizational change, transformation, and restructuring, while coaching leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational health. Leverage workforce data and people insights to improve strategic decision-making and strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across the procurement function.
