Customer Specialist - Part Time

Deliver a customer-first experience by guiding shoppers through the used-car buying and selling journey, including sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. Perform vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, manage inventory check-in and reconciliation, and handle administrative paperwork and payments. Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy, while maintaining CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and a clean, organized work area.
