Lead and develop a team of external manufacturing buyers to drive end-to-end sourcing and supplier management across the portfolio. Translate business and procurement priorities into buyer workplans, coach teams through negotiations and execution challenges, and oversee supplier relationship management and performance. Partner cross-functionally across R&D, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations, while building category strategies, a 3-year supplier outlook, and continuous improvement in sourcing ways of working.
