Operations Lead - Easton Town Center

Drive store profitability and operational efficiency in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team. Own inventory management with an emphasis on inventory accuracy and shrink reduction, investigate root causes, and escalate gaps. Support core retail operations including shipment/receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management—while maintaining strong visual standards and safe stockroom processes.
