Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks for payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Monitor and interpret global tax, labor, statutory contributions, and data privacy regulations; support audits and risk assessments.
  • •Develop country-specific tax and payroll models and validate multi-currency payroll calculations and tax withholdings.
  • •Define mandatory/optional benefits and create compliance guidelines for end-of-employment settlements, including FnF, tax calculations, and statutory notices.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering on API design, data structures, and payroll workflow integrations while identifying and mitigating compliance risks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in international tax, payroll compliance, regulatory affairs, or similar.
  • •Strong understanding of labor, tax, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.

  • •Experience working in high-growth SaaS or payroll/HRIS environments.
