Own global payroll compliance across 80+ countries by building and maintaining compliance frameworks, interpreting tax, labor, statutory contribution, and data privacy regulations, and supporting audits and risk assessments. Develop country-specific tax and payroll models, define benefits compliance, and create offboarding settlement guidelines. Partner with product and engineering on API/data integration for payroll workflows while advising leadership on compliance dependencies for market expansions.
