Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for Ebury’s global financial platform.
  • •Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation and technical design to deployment and operational maintenance.
  • •Contribute to technical discussions and architectural design reviews to help shape the technology stack.
  • •Maintain engineering best practices via rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD principles.
  • •Leverage AI tools responsibly to augment skills and accelerate learning while owning the code or solution you develop.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, fine-grained access control (FGAC), and authorization policies.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • •Over 7 years of experience as a software engineer writing production-grade code.
  • •Experience working in fintech or the financial services industry.
  • •Demonstrable programming ability in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
