Build and deploy scalable software for Ebury’s global financial platform as part of the Identity team. Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for Ebury’s global financial platform.
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation and technical design to deployment and operational maintenance.
•Contribute to technical discussions and architectural design reviews to help shape the technology stack.
•Maintain engineering best practices via rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD principles.
•Leverage AI tools responsibly to augment skills and accelerate learning while owning the code or solution you develop.

Key Requirements

•Experience building enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, fine-grained access control (FGAC), and authorization policies.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
•Over 7 years of experience as a software engineer writing production-grade code.
•Experience working in fintech or the financial services industry.
•Demonstrable programming ability in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
