Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single accountable owner and strategic coordinator for global platform-firm integration across GTM and marketing, tracking scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, financials, and BAU handoffs.
  • •Lead and align GTM and marketing integration capability leads across brand, creative, sales and marketing collateral, proposal services, marketing operations, and reporting & insights workstreams.
  • •Partner with Customer Platforms and CRM integration resources to align milestones, data requirements, technology dependencies, risks, and go-live decisions.
  • •Translate enterprise and acquisition priorities into executable, phased integration plans with outcomes, decision points, dependencies, and completion criteria.
  • •Oversee integration budgets and governance reporting with Finance, the IMO, and the marketing operations integration team; drive BAU transition via readiness, documentation, training, ownership, and handoff criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years’ experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing operations, business integration, M&A execution, transformation, or related leadership roles in professional services or B2B environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream integrations or transformations in a global, matrixed organization.
  • •Strong GTM and marketing experience connecting brand, creative, sales enablement, proposals, marketing operations, CRM, reporting, analytics, and digital capabilities.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen managing integration budgets, forecasts, contractor spend, and governance reporting.
