Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft engagement designs including objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, and roles, using input from clients and internal teams.
  • •Oversee project setup such as contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, workplans, interview guides, client data requirements, and vendor statements of work.
  • •Develop fact bases through client interviews and analysis of client documentation or processes.
  • •Analyze Visa and client data to benchmark performance vs. industry averages and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • •Support implementation of recommendations and develop/maintain analytical models and methodologies to contribute to standardized VCA offerings and IP creation.

Key Requirements

  • •Full professional level in Japanese and business level English proficiency.
  • •At least 10 years of experience with a high-performance track record in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
  • •Self-motivated, results-oriented ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
  • •Strong client relationship management capability.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify key issues, develop hypotheses, and verify via analysis and stakeholder engagement.
