Job Summary

Seeking an experienced, customer-facing engineer to lead onboarding and ongoing success for Metriport’s healthcare data platform. You’ll drive KPIs (NPS, pilot conversion, activation), conduct discovery with clients, coordinate with engineering, manage APIs/integrations, and ensure production deployment. Based in SF Bay Area or willing to relocate, you’ll combine hands-on full-stack work (React/TypeScript/Node.js) with strategic customer guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead team performance against KPIs: Implementation NPS, pilot conversion, and user activation; serve as the primary customer contact.
•Conduct discovery calls to understand use cases, requirements, and success criteria during onboarding.
•Participate in weekly onboarding syncs to ensure value is derived and integrations are in place.
•Maintain ongoing customer relationships with regular check-ins and support across channels.
•Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation; troubleshoot with the engineering team when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually
