Job Summary

Own AI adoption projects end-to-end across business units, embedding with teams to identify workflow gaps and turning them into scoped, deliverable AI solution ideas. Act as a technical bridge between business needs and engineering/R&D by prototyping quick wins or partnering on larger initiatives. Drive adoption post-launch, measure impact, and scale learnings via playbooks, prompt libraries, and internal documentation while supporting AI enablement for non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own AI adoption projects end-to-end across business units, embedding with teams to understand workflows and identify concrete gaps and pain points.
•Translate gaps into scoped AI-driven solution proposals and implement solutions (AI products, copilots, automated workflows, internal tools), driving adoption post-launch.
•Act as a technical bridge between business needs and delivery by partnering with engineering/R&D to scope, prioritize, and drive delivery for cross-functional initiatives.
•For smaller high-velocity needs, personally build quick-win solutions via vibe coding internal tools, lightweight automations, and prompt-based workflows.
•Track and report impact (efficiency gains, time saved, quality improvements) and scale learnings through reusable playbooks and templates.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience combining project execution, product management, or technical delivery with hands-on AI/LLM exposure.
•Demonstrated ability to independently build and ship practical AI-powered solutions (e.g., internal copilots, automation scripts, prompt-driven tools).
•Strong stakeholder management skills to translate real business requirements into scoped, deliverable solutions.
•Working understanding of the modern AI stack, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic/automation frameworks.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
