Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and manage a team of risk and compliance professionals, including hiring, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • •Identify, respond to, and remediate compliance risks and issues while partnering with Legal and cross-functional leaders.
  • •Set strategic direction and oversee execution and reporting, including methodologies, priorities, roadmaps, and relationship development.
  • •Create and deliver reporting on team activities, compliance objectives, remediation efforts, and escalations to executive leadership and board members.
