Loan Resolution Specialist I

Work closely with legal, compliance, operations, customer support, and servicing teams to deliver high-quality service to customers experiencing loan issues. You’ll contact early-stage delinquent borrowers via calls, emails, and texts, handle inbound requests related to delinquency and hardship, recommend suitable payment programs, and manage risk through adherence to policies and collection regulations. Document every interaction and complete skip tracing when needed.
