Senior Supervisor, Engineering Technician

Supervise engineering technicians supporting flight-critical avionics hardware testing, integration, debugging, and production/maintenance/flight support. Lead daily execution based on objectives, schedules, and engineering direction while coaching and embedding training into hands-on work. Read and apply harness/PCBA schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and test procedures, using electrical avionics test equipment and driving continuous improvement across troubleshooting, documentation, and tooling. Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to resolve build and test issues.
