Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical decision-maker for solutions built with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Blazor, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Microsoft Graph API, and Entra ID.
  • •Maintain transitional React applications by handling defect resolution, dependency updates, security findings, diagnostics, testing, and production support.
  • •Lead phased React-to-Blazor conversions, preserving user outcomes, data integrity, and operational continuity through controlled increments and cutover plans.
  • •Break down and coordinate technical delivery for features and migrations by managing discovery, dependencies, sequencing, estimates, and engineering risk.
  • •Set the secure engineering and quality bar, owning testing strategy and CI/CD automated quality gates and coaching engineers to multiply capability.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software-development experience, including technical direction, production ownership, delivery coordination, and engineering mentorship.
  • •Deep proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Blazor, and Microsoft Azure for enterprise web applications.
  • •Strong production experience maintaining React and TypeScript applications (architecture, state/routing, API integration, testing, build tooling, and troubleshooting).
  • •Experience modernizing/migrating/consolidating/retiring applications while preserving business continuity and user outcomes.
  • •Ability to design phased React-to-Blazor transitions with evaluation, documentation of unknown systems, stabilization, and phased migration planning.
