Key Responsibilities

  • •Support assigned HR transformation initiatives and workstreams using project management discipline across planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, RAID trackers, status updates, and decision records to enable disciplined execution.
  • •Coordinate project activities across HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and partner teams by facilitating sessions, documenting decisions, and tracking actions to ensure follow-through.
  • •Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalate concerns with context, and support mitigation actions.
  • •Apply process excellence and a product-first mindset to analyze current-state processes, design future-state workflows, and support scalable HR solutions aligned to business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in project management, business transformation, consulting, HR operations, process improvement, or related work.
  • •Working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, waterfall, hybrid approaches, planning/scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and governance.
  • •Working knowledge of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to organize work into tasks, priorities, timelines, and deliverables, and follow through with limited oversight.
