Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare maintenance shutdown schedules with stakeholders, assessing opportunities to improve productivity, cost, or timing.
  • •Request maintenance items via warehouse processes and direct load requisitions (EBS).
  • •Create contracting scopes related to recovery and maintenance of assets.
  • •Monitor maintenance activities to optimize/minimize time and costs and improve quality.
  • •Identify opportunities in maintenance schedules with an EHS (environment, health, safety) view.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Preferably have knowledge of Alcoa’s maintenance planning software (Eam).
  • •Understand maintenance materials and their specialties across requisition, receipt, and movements/returns to the warehouse.
  • •Have experience in maintenance and be able to identify inventory spares.
  • •Strong data handling skills and knowledge of the Office suite, with analytical reasoning to detect scheduling issues and assess maintenance KPI performance.
