Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor operations under general supervision, including load out functions and preparing trucks for loading/unloading.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment, including bulk and packaged materials.
  • •Operate and understand automated scale/dump systems and accurately control/monitor load out functions.
  • •Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, inspect equipment for leaks/seeps, and properly record maintenance activities.
  • •Maintain inventory quality, keep work areas clean and safe (including housekeeping and spill cleanup), and report customer complaints, repairs, or safety concerns.
