Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Assess vehicle condition and document details for appraisals while communicating findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Coordinate service appointments and manage administrative paperwork, audits, and repair order invoice accuracy while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.2 - 36 hourly
