Client Relationship Consultant 1-4 (Banker) – Adams County - Grant County - Yakima County, WA (30-40 hrs)

Build strong face-to-face client relationships by assessing customer banking needs, gathering and processing account information, and educating clients on available deposit and loan products. Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and help open and/or close the branch. This role supports a digital-first mindset, proactive outreach, and recommending solutions aligned to each customer’s goals, with levels matched to experience.
